EGAN, Michael Gerard
Peacefully at Saint-Vincent in Ottawa on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the age of 73. Michael of Ottawa, beloved son of the late Edward James Egan and the late Dorothy Noreen Egan. Michael was proud of his many years of service with the federal government. He was deeply devoted to his mother, Dorothy, and cared for her throughout her later years. He was an independent and resilient man who lived life in his own way. Michael will be greatly missed by his friends and neighbours on Gilmour Street. As per Michael’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Michael will be laid to rest at Notre Dame Cemetery with his mother Dorothy.
