Beatrice LaRose, of Ottawa, Ontario, passed away peacefully at home on October 14, 2026, at the age of 99 years and 5 months.
Born May 3, 1927, in Chesterville, Ontario, Beatrice went on to raise six beautiful children and was blessed to live long enough to see many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She loved her Ottawa Senators and Toronto Blue Jays with a passion that will live on through her family, who share her love of sports.
Mom loved her Sunday and Monday bingo friends, as well as her casino friends. She had a full life, and her memory lives on in all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Burial and Celebration of Life: A private burial will take place on her birthday in Dundas, Ontario, where Beatrice will be laid to rest alongside her beloved mother, father and brother, who have gone before her.
Memorial contributions may be made to the cancer association of your choice.
A Celebration of Life will take place in the early New Year, 2027. So many stories can be shared at this gathering of family and friends. Final details will be determined at a later date.
