O'Reilly, Michael James Peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Micheline O'Reilly. Loving father of Lorraine (Thomas), Lynne (Ken) and Daniel. Cherished Grandpa of Kyle, Kevin, Erik, Patrick, Jenna and Mikaela. He was the son of the late Stanley and the late Marguerite. He is survived by many family members. A memorial service will be held at St-Basil's Church located at 940 Rex Ave. (off Maitland's Ave, Ottawa, Ontario) on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 12:30 Pm. The family will receive condolences after the ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa heart institute would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to thank Dr. Cohen, Dr. Chow and all the wonderful staff at the CACC for the excellent care provided to Michael.
