Madeline Mae Haché

C'est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès soudain de notre chère Madeline, à l'âge de 23 ans, des suites d'une maladie cardiaque.
Née à Oshawa, en Ontario, Madeline "Maddie" a vécu à Kingston puis à Brockville pendant la majeure partie de sa courte vie. Elle a fréquenté le St. Lawrence College à Brockville où elle a obtenu un diplôme du programme PSW. Maddie a poursuivi ses études en toxicomanie et en santé mentale sur le même campus et venait d'entamer sa deuxième année. Récemment, elle avait déménagé à Ottawa pour être avec sa famille et son partenaire aimant Brandon.
Elle laisse dans le deuil son père Glen (Gladys), sa mère Suzanne Grubb Walker (feu Jim Walker), ses sœurs, Maggie, Britton, Blakeney, et son frère Calvin. Petite-fille adorée d'Alphonse et Carolle Haché, et d'Alex et Cathy Grubb. Elle laisse dans le deuil de nombreux oncles, tantes et cousins.
Un service commémoratif aura lieu à la cathédrale Notre-Dame, 385, promenade Sussex, Ottawa, le 22 septembre à 10 h 00.
Les dons en sa mémoire faits à l'Institut de cardiologie de l'Université d'Ottawa sont grandement appréciés.

I’m so sorry for you loss
It’s a huge loss. I only knew her for a short time but. I loved her like my own daughter. She was happy a beautiful person and a support for each other. She will be defiantly remember. She impact my life in such a good way. My thoughts and prayers are with you all
