BOGORA, Avril Sandra (nee Phillips)
Passed away unexpectedly Sunday, September 22, 2019. Devoted mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. April, retired teacher, touched many students' lives during her 30 years of teaching. Avril is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Ross, her 3 children, Jennifer (Sam), Stephanie and Philip (Christine). Nana to her 4 precious grandchildren, Landon, Owen, Charlotte and Nathan. April will always be available on her siblings, Andrew (Rita), Gillian (Rob) and Jonathan (Carol), plus 7 nieces and 3 nephews. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to their church at Crosspoint Baptist Church. The funeral service will be held at Crosspoint Baptist Church, 3883 Navan Road, on Saturday, September 28. The family will begin receiving friends at 10 am, with service at 11 am In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in April to the College Scholarship Fund at Crosspoint Baptist Church.
